Health Harmony are an online pharmacy, dispensing non-prescription products ranging from deodorants and foot creams, to medical wipes and anti-bloating tablets. While the online operation of the business only began in 2023, the pharmacy has had a physical presence in the heart of Pentyrch Village in Cardiff since 2009, with a strong backing from locals.
Before joining Eirios, co-founder Adil Miah was struggling to manage his time amidst competing demands: a new online pharmacy demands product research, marketing campaigns, fulfilment - and all while progressing his pharmaceutical studies. "Being able to use Eirios gave those extra hours which really are crucial," he says.
Adil was keen to work with a local option when it came to outsourced fulfilment, which meant keeping the operation within South Wales. But fair pricing was important too - he described Eirios's pricing as "extremely competitive", while appreciating the help given with the setup, especially when opening the Amazon shop, which made choosing Eirios "a no brainer."
"We saw benefits very quickly," says Adil. "More free time, fewer customer complaints with missing orders or damaged packaging. Being a lot more organised with stock management is a help also."
Health Harmony's Ebay store shows a 99.7% positive feedback rate from thousands of items sold (most of these fulfilled by Eirios), and their Amazon store (which Eirios assisted in setting up) is a strong performer in the health products space. Adil was recently informed that their delivery speed had been rated as "faster than Amazon", which may well be a consequence of Eirios's ability to fulfil items received up to a cut-off of as late as 4pm.
